How to Return

Download the Packoorang app.

NOTE! The app is currently only available for businesses.

Find a return point near you.

For example, take your Packoorang to a Postnord shop next time you're shopping or collecting a package.

In the app, click "Return now".

Now tap the phone on the NFC symbol on the Packoorang. You'll see a popup, usually with a barcode you can show to the staff. That's it!

Remove the sticker from the square black label area on the bag. Stick/tape the new label on the black label area.

Follow return instructions from the store you purchased the product(s) from. Usually you will have to print a return label.

Deliver the bag with the product(s) you're returning, as per instructions from the store you ordered from. Don't use the Packoorang app.
